We tend to write the outlines for our songs separately and then get together to fine tune some of the lyrics and add other interesting parts to them. This song is one of the few we wrote together! I had some rough lyrics scratched out in a notebook and Jason had some melodic ideas so we took a blanket, guitar and cooler of beer to the park to sit in the sun and write. We still couldn't figure out the feel we wanted the song to have though so next time Tino and Christian came round for rehearsal, we spent the night jamming it and were excited to see it come alive in a way none of us could have predicted!
